Landice L8 Treadmill Reviews

Landice makes the L8 series of treadmills, and just like the Landice L7 models, doesn't list much distinction between treadmills to help with a buying decision. The L8 series comes in the models of LTD pro sports trainer, Cardio, and Executive. If you're looking at the L8 series I highly recommend the Treadmill Adviser page (scroll down) as they do a terrific job of making distinctions between the models, and believe "Landice is simply the very best in treadmills". From the Landice website it looks like all of the L8 series come equipped with a 20x58 inch tread belt, 400 pound weight limit, reading rack, 15% incline ability, and 12 miles per hour max speed. On this site I will list reviews from around the web on the L8 series of treadmills.

Over at About.com they have a list of their "Top 7 Quality Home Treadmills" in which the Landice L8 treadmill comes in ranking number one! Wendy, the reviewer, had this to say "The Landice L8 LTD Series Treadmill gives you a larger belt for more movement. Features a powerful 3 horsepower motor driving a 4-ply belt over a 63 in x 20 in running surface can hit speeds up to 11 miles per hour and inclines of 15 percent. Computer animated workouts and info screens guide you through manual, fatburn, intermediate, advanced and interval workouts."

The Treadmill Doctor has a review of the Landice L8 Sports Trainer giving it a rating of "Good". They like the quality, walking area, power and warranty. The treadmill doctor doesn't like the noise level and value based on the lofty price tag. In conclusion the review recommends the Landice L8 Sports Trainer for serious runners who appreciate the faster speeds, however for the recreational runners the Landice L7 may be the best the best bet for your new treadmill. There is only one review at Epinions of the Landice L8 treadmill, but at least it's positive listing the L8 with 5 out of 5 stars. The L8 review is a lengthy one starting off with " I've owned the Landice L8 executive for about 6 weeks now and am very impressed. ". The reviewer likes about the the L8 "Sturdy construction, extremely quiet motor, long and wide deck is great for running." and doesn't like about the L8 that it's "expensive, beeps too loud for residential settings", and "I wish the treadmill would do a better job of remembering my most recently used settings".
